Umetsuki, shinzo of Matsubaya here! I cooked sukiyaki for the first time a week ago. It makes for a great meal, if a bit salty. The cabbage turns out delicious, and you can find pre-mixed sauce at some grocery stores. Portabella mushrooms worked well in mine.
